Comfort Works Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for considering the Comfort Works affiliate program. Our affiliates are extremely important to us. This agreement is designed with you in mind, as well as protecting our affiliate partners, Comfort Works, and our customers. Please read thoroughly. Affiliate Agreement

As an authorized (Affiliate) of (Comfort Works), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (Agreement). Please read the entire Agreement before signing up and promoting Comfort Works as an Affiliate. 

Your participation in the affiliate program is merely to advertise our website legally in order to receive a commission on the products purchased by individuals who referred to Comfort Works by your own website or platform. 

By applying to the Comfort Works affiliate program, you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

Approval or Rejection of the Application

Comfort Works reserves the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole discretion. You will have no legal rights against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.

    1. Referral Tracking

Comfort Works will provide the Affiliate with unique Referral Links to be used in promoting content to Comfort-Works.com . Comfort Works will track users who have clicked and visited these Referral Links using cookies that expire after a duration of 90 days. Users who make a purchase while the cookie is active will be recorded as referrals to the Affiliate in the Affiliate Dashboard under Refersion platform.

     2. Commissions

For each sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order and make full payment for the product. Commissions will be payable only on sales that are successfully made when the customer clicks through the given Affiliate links. Thus, promoting the correct Affiliate link is the sole responsibility of the Affiliate. Commission can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard under the Refersion platform.

     3. Affiliate Fees and Payouts

All Affiliate Fees payments will be paid in various currencies depending on the respective customer’s transaction. The currencies may include the following: United States Dollars (USD), EURO (€), British Sterling Pound (GDP), Canadian Dollar (CA$), and Australian Dollar (AUD). Payments will be made through  PayPal™ Mass Payments. The Affiliate is responsible for providing Comfort Works with the accurate details required to remit the Affiliate Fees. Inaccurate information will result in delayed payment.

• Payment schedule - All Affiliate Fees payments will be made on the 30th of each month.

• Payment thresholds - New affiliates must reach a cumulative total of $100 in affiliate fees before the first payment is made.

• In the event of any activity deemed suspicious by Comfort Works, Comfort Works may delay the payment to the Affiliate by up to 3 months in order to verify the relevant transactions. Comfort Works reserves the right to void or disqualify any referrals or Affiliate Fees in the event of fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise illegal activity. 

     4. Order Confirmation and Cancellations

• Confirmation of affiliate transactions - Affiliate transactions will be deemed confirmed once the respective order has been shipped to the customer. If the order is cancelled before this, the transaction and commission will be deemed void. Standard Comfort Works orders will take an average of 3-5 weeks to be shipped out. The confirmation of affiliate transactions will reflect this timeframe. 

• Confirmation of affiliate transactions (made-to-measure) - Affiliate transactions containing made-to-measure covers may take over 30 days to be confirmed. The internal confirmation and production processes for made-to-measure products are highly dependent on individual customers, and the timelines will vary from standard orders.

     5. Affiliate Commission Rate 

Comfort Works offers a commission rate of 5-10% per tracked transaction. The final commission rate is subject to Comfort Works’ discretion, dependent on the type of platform or publisher used by the Affiliate. 

Comfort Works occasionally offers coupons to select affiliates, Comfort Works newsletter subscribers, and social media followers. These coupons are for Comfort Works’ use only, not to be used by affiliates or partners unless pre-approved. Affiliates and partners will be assigned their own branded coupons. 

Below are the terms that apply for any affiliate considering the promotion of our products in relation to a deal or coupon:

• Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons, or images to imply that anything besides currently authorized deals to the specific affiliate.

• Affiliates may not bid on the search terms ‘Comfort Works Coupons’, ‘Comfort Works Discounts’, or any other phrases implying that Comfort Works coupons are available.

• Affiliates may not generate pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or any other seen or unseen actions that set affiliate cookies unless the user has expressed a clear and explicit interest in activating a specific saving by clicking on a clearly marked link, button, or image for that particular coupon or deal. Affiliates’ links must send the visitor directly to the merchant site.

• Users must be able to see coupon/deal/savings information and details before an affiliate cookie is set (i.e. “click here to see coupons and open a window to the merchant site” is NOT allowed).

• Affiliate sites may not have “Click for (or to see) Deal/Coupon” or any variation when there are no coupons or deals available, and the click opens the merchant site or sets a cookie. Affiliates with such text on the merchant landing page will be removed from the program immediately.

Comfort Works reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for conduct that is deemed to be harmful to its business or any third party. 

i) Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)

ii) Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities

iii) Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, and suspected Affiliate fraud

iv) Offering discounts, promo codes, or other forms of reward from your affiliate commission as an incentive. 

v) Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading prices, and incorrect hyperlinks, etc). 

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://comfort-works.com (the “Site”).

Personal information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, type of payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). 

Sharing your personal information

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
